CANCELLATION POLICY!! Thank you for supporting KNIT Massage! My time with you, and all other clients, is very valuable to me. I have many clients in dyer need, and I do my best to schedule everyone accordingly. That being said, as of April 1, 2021, I implemented a cancellation/No-show policy. A confirmation notification is sent 48 hours prior to every appointment! If you book within 48 hours of your appointment, it is automatically confirmed. You will also receive reminder notifications 24 and 12 hours prior to all appointments. I request that if you must cancel for any reason, you do so at least 24 hours prior. If you must cancel within said 24 hours, a 50% charge will be invoiced. All clients must arrive at or before the scheduled appointment time. If no communication is made and you have not arrived with in 10 minutes following the time of your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a No-Show. At that time, you will be required to pay for the full service, but may not receive the full-length service, if any at all. If you no-call/no-show to an appointment, you will be required to pay the full service fee plus an additional $25 inconvenience fee. This amount must be paid in full in order to schedule another appointment. Gift Certificate/Pre-Paid Policy: If an appointment is booked using a gift certificate and results in a no-call/no-show, (not arriving with in the 10min window follow the appointment time) the full value of the scheduled service will be deducted from the gift certificate. And a $25 inconvenience fee will be invoiced. Gift certificates will not be reinstated or refunded for missed appointments without proper notice. If you no call/no show more than 2 times, it will be required to have a card on file. Everyone’s time is valuable. I try to be as flexible as possible.
